1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and win125 ("win125", "the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://win125.app ("Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the win125 Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. 2. Eligibility

- You are at least 21 years of age. win125 strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 for all registered accounts. win125 may request proof of age at any time and suspend or terminate accounts where age verification cannot be completed satisfactorily.
- You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only.
- You are not self-excluded from win125 or any other gaming platform through a self-exclusion programme, nor subject to any exclusion order by a gaming regulatory authority.
- You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, employee, or representative of any third party.
- Online gaming is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you access the Platform. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gaming is legal in your jurisdiction. win125 makes no representation as to the legality of its services in any jurisdiction other than those in which it is expressly licensed to operate.
- You are not located in any jurisdiction where access to online gaming services is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
3. Account Registration & Verification
To access real-money gaming on the win125 Platform, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:
- One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active win125 account. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
- Accurate Information: You must provide complete, accurate, and current personal information during registration, including your legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification. Providing false information is a material breach of this Agreement.
- KYC Verification: win125 is required under its licensing obligations to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. You may be required to submit a copy of your MyKAD, passport, proof of address, and/or source of funds documentation before withdrawals are processed. win125 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal privileges pending satisfactory completion of KYC.
- Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. win125 is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials. Notify win125 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
- Account Closure: win125 reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at its absolute discretion, including where fraudulent activity, abuse of bonus terms, or breach of this Agreement is suspected.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the win125 Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:
- Accepted Payment Methods: win125 supports deposits and withdrawals via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and Public Bank online transfer. Accepted payment methods are subject to change at win125's discretion.
- Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is RM 30, unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
- Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise authorised by win125. E-wallet withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes for fully verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 2 business hours for verified accounts. Processing times may vary during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.
- No Third-Party Transactions: Deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. win125 does not accept deposits from third parties. Withdrawals will only be processed to an account held in your registered name.
- Currency: All balances, bets, and payouts are denominated in MYR. win125 does not currently support multi-currency accounts.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
win125 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless superseded by the specific terms of an individual promotion:
- All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before the bonus amount or any winnings derived from the bonus may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified in the terms of each individual promotion.
- Bonuses are offered for personal, recreational use only. Systematic or professional exploitation of promotional offers — including but not limited to bonus arbitrage, use of automated tools, or coordination with other accounts — is prohibited and will result in forfeiture of bonuses and potential account termination.
- win125 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice.
- Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated. Depositing while a bonus is active may affect the bonus status; check individual promotion terms before depositing.

6. Gameplay Rules

- Game Integrity: All games offered on the win125 Platform use certified random number generators (RNGs) or professional live dealer operations, subject to independent auditing. Game outcomes are final and not subject to appeal, except in the case of a demonstrable technical error.
- Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game, win125 reserves the right to void the affected round and return staked amounts to the player's account. win125 is not liable for any losses claimed to have resulted from technical errors beyond the amount staked.

7. Responsible Gaming
win125 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable persons from the potential harms associated with gambling. The following responsible gaming provisions are in effect:
- Age Restriction: win125 strictly enforces a minimum age of 21. Any player found to be under 21 will have their account immediately closed, their balance forfeited, and the matter may be reported to the relevant licensing authority.

9. Intellectual Property
All content on the win125 Platform, including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, text, and trademarks, is the intellectual property of win125 or its third-party licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the win125 Platform without prior written consent from win125.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
- win125 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.
- win125 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if win125 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
- win125's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
- Nothing in this Agreement limits or excludes win125's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by win125's negligence.
11. Privacy & Data Protection
win125's collection, use, and storage of your personal data is governed by its Privacy Policy, available at win125.app/privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. win125 complies with its data protection obligations under applicable international privacy regulations and its licensing framework.
12. Amendments to These Terms
win125 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, win125 will provide notice via email to your registered address or via an in-platform notification prior to the amendment taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which win125 holds its gaming licence.
